Challenge

After a period of high inorganic growth and multiple acquisitions, a global life-sciences software provider was running three separate CRMs across three commercial teams — each with its own fields, hierarchies and data standards — ahead of a hard New Year go-live.

Approach

We led an audit-first consolidation: every record judged migrate, archive or discard, and the three systems mapped into a single Salesforce Enterprise instance. Crucially, the legacy sales teams were brought into the migration itself, so the people who had to live with the new system helped shape it.
