Challenge
SciLeads, a fast-growing life-science SaaS and scientific database, converted demos well but generated next to nothing from marketing. The website was slow, lead generation was thin, and email lived in a tool that couldn't scale with the business.
Approach
We rebuilt the site on a faster, search-ready platform, shipped interactive lead-generation tools that let prospects find value before talking to sales, ran an SEO-led content programme alongside a first paid-search pilot, and migrated email from Mailchimp to HubSpot.
Outcome
Marketing-sourced pipeline grew by $1.4M and bookings by $280K in twelve months, engaged sessions rose 34%, and the GDPR-compliant email list grew from 6,000 to over 22,000 — with marketing's share of new deals up 54%.
